GG's Famous French Toast

You're gonna need:

4 Tablespoons veg. Oil

2 eggs

4 slices of bread

Splash of heavy cream or milk

salt and pepper

Instructions:

Put veg. oil in a warm skillet on medium heat. Once skillet is warm dip bread on both sides with egg mixture and place in skillet. Season with salt and pepper (yes pepper, trust me) . Once golden brown on one side, flip. Serve warm with butter, syrup, or your favorite berry sauce.
